The kitchen is located to the back of this floor , it has had some simple updating but maintains a retro style in terms of tiling , there are upper and lower cabinets , a fridge freezer, oven and cooking hob, it also has a large shelved pantry , but one of my favorite things is that it is from here you have direct access out to the first terrace , perfect as it it is the right size and there is no climbing flights of stairs to enjoy eating and drinking out here , and believe me you will want to ! the views from here are stunning and with the garden plot below and surrounding flora you could almost be in the country side, the view ranges from East to south and west .
From this terrace old stone steps lead down to the garden plot and half way down is door into a basic space which would be ideal as workshop, potting shed and storage , the garden is not landscaped or planted but there is a huge lemon tree and some old vines all of this area could be made beautiful by someone with imagination and green fingers .
Now back inside and on to the first floor , entering from the stairs and to the left there is the first bedroom , a smaller double, to the right the next bedroom which is a small single bedroom , then on down the corridor you have a family bathroom with full bath and a shower over it , a loo and a large vanity with storage cupboard , directly opposite is a room that has been used as a home work station but would easily fit a double sofa bed and be a lounge and guest room , ideal as it leads out to the upper terrace the views from here are even more far ranging and beautiful. then just off this room is the final double bedroom which is the largest and it has those beautiful views out to the mountains from the window too .
There is another room at the end of the corridor which houses the washing machine and currently is used as storage , it has a built in wardrobe so was once a bedroom and could be again .
