The property is located on the outskirts of the village of Polemarhi, off the main village road.
A local tavern is located on the main road in the village.
The lively village of Tavronitis is just a short drive down the road and offers all types of amenities (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, café, hardware store, electronic store and many more) all year. The beach of Tavronitis is a quiet one where locals enjoy a dip in the sea.
