From the inner landing stairs lead up to the SECOND FLOOR where there is a LOFT ROOM. which is currently used as a double bedroom with plenty of eaves storage and has stunning views to the rear. Please note, we understand that there is no building regulations approval for this room's current use as the stair is deemed to be too steep.
