Description
Set in a premium position within the prestigious Woodborough Grange is one of the classic ‘Cambridge’ designs from Redrow, recently built and now available to purchase with meticulous landscaping to the gardens and top tier interior additions including flooring, kitchen finish and fitted wardrobes.
The home is set back from the road, and we approach via a wide driveway which serves just two other detached properties. To the side of the house there is parking in front of a large tandem garage. We enter a spacious hallway with a large cloakroom to the right with a pretty rhombus window, offering a nod to the arts and crafts influence that Redrow have taken with this particular house design. Opposite is the charming sitting room with a large window overlooking the unobstructed views this home enjoys. The rear of the ground floor offers an expansive, open plan kitchen/diner and family room with patio doors allowing the space to spill out into the delightful garden. The fully fitted kitchen itself has been handpicked to provide a superb amount of storage and worktop space and beholds a sizeable fridge freezer, dishwasher, two ovens and gas hob. There is plenty of space for an oversized dining table and to the far end, the family snug provides a second lounge to enjoy. From the kitchen we can access the utility room with cupboard space, sink and equal space for a separate washer and dryer and here there is an external door which leads out onto the driveway.
Upstairs we find a superb layout with a spacious landing. The primary bedroom overlooks the front of the property and features floor to ceiling built in wardrobes across one wall and a well sized ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. Three further double bedrooms are served by the family bathroom and an airing cupboard offers further storage from the landing.
The previously mentioned gardens have been completely and professionally landscaped to provide a large patio area, tiered onto a wide amount of faux lawn and a further patio area toward the top of the garden. The entire space has a deep boarder, full of well-established shrubs and floral perennials which offer a wonderful softness to this immaculate space. There is substantial storage to the rear of the garage and the garage itself offers space for a workshop, alongside parking.
