Beyond a post and rail fence, the recently re-sown paddock surrounded by mature trees. It also has vehicular access from the road. Although no planning in place, this could provide the opportunity to construct a further dwelling.
Brailes is an active village with many amenities including a school, pub, butchers, bakers, local shop, hairdressers and garage. Rail connections can be found at Banbury and Moreton-in-Marsh and the M40 is close-by. The local market town of Shipston-on-Stour is a ten minute drive. Despite its picturesque location, there are many useful towns and attractive places to visit within a short drive.
