At the end of the hallway the space opens out into a well presented dining area which is open to a lounge and a fully fitted kitchen which has modern white upper and lower cabinetry with light wood worktops , there is an induction hob and an integrated electric oven a single sink , there is a freestanding fridge freezer and a washing machine . he whole of this floor is beautifully tiled with reproduction of antique design tile.

This whole area has air-conditioning with a large window and double glass door letting in light from the 28 meter patio garden , stepping out the doors and you are greeted by the splash pool which is approx. 1 meter 20 deep at the deepest part , the beautiful lemon tree provides shade over a long outdoor dining and BBQ area and the sound of a fountain gives a calming feel , besides all this there is also a store room which houses the pool pump and other practical items.

Upstairs there are two very spacious double bedrooms one which over looks the patio and the other to the overlooks the roof of the ground floor , both are light and bright with balcony and window in one and large window in the other, both have ceiling fans and this floor is also tiled with the same tiles as the ground floor.

A small wooden staircase then leads up to a storeage space under the roof which has a door on to the L shaped roof terrace , the terrace provides some really nice views over the roof tops , to the church spire and to the mountains near and far.
