New Homes

New homes are a specialist area and one that is very different to the residential resale market. There are some real benefits to buying a new home, not least, everything is done for you and you can just move in and start enjoying your home, without a long list of jobs to do. New homes can be bought once built, but very often sales are done off-plan. This gives you time to prepare your finances and often means you can have a say in the fixtures and fittings and how the property is decorated.
