When you start looking for a home, there are a few things on your 'must have' list....location, size of home, and condition! Well, you can chuck your checklist in the bin, as this house has everything and more that you could want, and at a price to make you smile too!
Located in Parkside, Buckley sits this traditional three bedroom semi-detached family / bachelor / spinster home. Whether it's your first home or retirement pad, this house suits all.
Literally a few yards from the Shopping centre that caters for all your needs, with supermarkets too, you can get rid of the car as you have it all here. Oh, and if you want to go further afield, the bus route is right on your doorstep.

Quality wood effect flooring greets you as you enter the home, with doors opening to all of the ground floor accommodation and a space saving turned staircase leading to the first floor, obviously! To our left, we walk into the spacious lounge.
With its large bay window at the front, which not only lets ample light flood into the room, it also offers an extra degree of space, as do the high ceilings. This is the benefit of buying an older style property, not only do you get larger rooms but they were also built to a proper standard....you certainly won't be able to hear next door neighbours TV, that's for certain!
From the lounge, we step back into the hallway and to our left, another door opens into the dining room. Again the stylish wood effect floor continues its theme and provides a great base for you to house your large dining table and chairs. This is a great space to entertain many friends and family, in fact you'll be the go-to home for all events, Christmas, birthdays, Yom Kuppur, Hanukkah.....or whatever the reason might be!
The open plan kitchen is just at the far end of the dining area, making it as practical as it can possibly be. Recently fitted with stylish units and tiled splashbacks, an integrated hob and oven, you'll have all you need to start creating some masterpieces for the many guests that you'll be entertaining! Failing that, and it's just you, there's ample space to open your take-away boxes. Two windows and a door with panelled glass help keep these two rooms nice and bright.
Opening the back door in the kitchen, and we take a step into the rear patio courtyard. Not the largest space if I'm honest BUT, there's room for a table and chairs and a BBQ, its minimal upkeep and let's you sit outside, so what more could you ask for......this is perfect if you work hard, don't want the upkeep of a garden but want space so you can sit outside and smoke your cigarette/vape or simply want to enjoy a nice cold beer, glass or wine or just a plain old fashioned cup of tea. A gate opens to a pathway that leads back to the front.
Back inside and to the dining area and another door opens to another room, which most houses, especially in this price bracket, do not have...
....a separate utility room, with a cloakroom at the end of that. There's a large work surface with cupboards beneath for more storage, a void for a washing machine and a window to help keep it nice and bright.
The cloakroom has all the usual suspects you'd expect to find in here, with a low level W.C. and a pedestal wash hand basin. This is a real piece of luxury because when you have friends over, you don't want them traipsing upstairs every time they need the loo, do you?? A raised frosted window again keeps the light levels high and stops prying eyes from peeking in.....not that it's that kind of area.
From the entrance hallway, we walk up the fabulous turned staircase, where we come to the landing. Again, this is kept nice and bright, courtesy of the large frosted window.
The two main bedrooms are pretty much the same size, both easily capable of taking a large double bed and all of the free-standing bedroom furniture that we all have. One faces over the front aspect and yes, you guessed it, the other over the rear.
The smallest bedroom is a decent single, and the good thing about having a turned staircase is, you don't lose that bit where the stairwell eats into the bedroom and takes up valuable space. The high ceiling also give the illusion of grandeur......well compared to the similar more modern homes anyway.
Finally, we come to the modern, stylish and brand new contemporary bathroom suite. Easy to clean walls, pedestal hand basin, Toilet and a panelled bath with glass screen protector with 'Norman Bates' shower head and hand a separate held shower attachment, you know for those hard to reach places! It's all topped off with a lovely chrome heated towel rail, to keep your towels nice and toasty and the frosted window, to help you see what you're doing.
