Access to a large boarded loft space with skylights is from the hallway.

There is ample gravelled parking at the front and side of the property, plus there is the large and spacious oak framed car porch which our clients built. Adjoining this is a shed/store room. To the right of the property is the oil fired boiler plus also the oil tank, and a shed beside a gate though to the garden. With a useful space for drying washing and an outside tap there is a large mature border and a path round to the paved patio. South West facing it is beautifully landscaped there is a water feature and pretty sloped beds around the paved terrace which is a lovely sun trap and perfect for al fresco dining.
