These two house for sale in Pelakas are located on the hillside beneath the village and have distant vies towards the East Coast and the sea in the distance!

The main house measures 90 square meters and spreads onto two levels. On the ground floor there is an open plan living/dinning/kitchen area with an island. The kitchen is in traditional style and is made with solid wood. This space is quite cozy with easy flow and direct access to the outside. On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The top level is accessed via an exterior staircase. Most of the village houses in the Corfiot country side were built this way. The ground floor was normally the space where all goods such wine, olive oil and other goods were stored. On the top level of the houses it was normally the habitable area.

One of the bedrooms features on this level features wooden closet. Both of the bedrooms have access to a covered balcony which faces Est and has spectacular views towards Corfu town.

The second house also spreads on two levels as well and same way as the main house, the top floor is accessed via an exterior staircase. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen/living/dinning area and a bathroom. O the top floor there are two bedrooms of which one has an en-suite bathroom.

The village of Pelekas features a mini market, bakery and cafeterias which are available all year round. In the summer the village becomes much more vibrant and many other restaurants and cafeterias are available. The center of the village is literally a few steps away from the house.

A regural bus service runs to Corfu town multiple times a day. The nearest beach is Kontoyialos which features crystal clear waters and water sports.
