Description

The Property
The property offered for sale is a much improved and extended semi-detached house, pleasantly situated in this sought after village. The property has well appointed accommodation which comprises of an entrance hall, a dining room, sitting room, a well fitted out kitchen and a shower room. The first floor landing leads to three bedrooms and a family bathroom. It also enjoys the benefit of Upvc sealed unit windows and doors throughout and modern electric heating. Outside there is ample off street parking and large gardens to the side and rear. There is no onward chain.

Location
Little Snoring is, surprisingly, larger than Great Snoring. This is probably because it was a major British airbase during World War II and was only decommissioned in the 1950's. Little Snoring is a small village about three miles from the market town of Fakenham with its wide range of amenities including its National Hunt Racecourse. The village itself has a pub, shop and post office and a well though of primary and nursey school. The North Norfolk coastline is about 9 miles distant with Wells-next-the-sea, Salthouse, Cley, Blakeney and Morston all within easy reach. The County City of Norwich is just over twenty miles distant from where there is a fast rail service to London Liverpool Street.

Directions
Leave Holt on the A148 to Fakenham. After around 9 miles you will enter the village of Little Snoring. Upon entering the village take the first turning right sign posted Little Snoring airfield. After around 100 yards you will find 1 Oaklands on your right hand side.
