Description

Greater London Properties Presents
A beautiful two bedroom maisonette with private garden situated on the ground floor of a Victorian Terrace located in the highly sought after Aslett Street.

The Property
Set within a handsome Victorian terrace on a quiet residential street in the heart of SW18, this beautifully maintained two-bedroom ground floor flat combines classic period charm with contemporary living. Offering 758 sq ft of thoughtfully designed space, it’s ideal for first-time buyers, professional couples, young families or downsizers seeking comfort, character and convenience.

The welcoming front reception room is filled with natural light thanks to tall sash windows with bespoke wooden shutters. The original fireplace, high ceilings, and detailed cornicing give the room a warm and timeless feel, creating the perfect space to relax or entertain. The reception room and hallway have been tastefully decorated and complete with Amtico Signature white wash wood flooring.

To the rear, the fully fitted kitchen features modern cabinetry, integrated appliances, and ample worktop space with plenty of space for a dining table making this the ideal hosting area.

Both bedrooms are generous double rooms, each with excellent built-in wardrobe storage and plenty of space for additional furnishings. The well-appointed bathroom is fitted with contemporary fixtures and a full-sized bath with overhead shower.

One of the standout features is the private decked garden, accessible from the kitchen — a tranquil outdoor haven perfect for summer barbecues, container gardening or simply enjoying your morning coffee.

Location and Transport
Aslett Street is a peaceful, tree-lined road just off Garratt Lane, ideally located for the many shops, cafés and restaurants of Earlsfield, Wandsworth and Tooting. King George’s Park and Wandsworth Common offer beautiful open green spaces nearby. The flat is just a short walk to Earlsfield Station (Zone 3), providing direct trains to Waterloo in under 15 minutes, and numerous bus routes are easily accessible. The area is also well served by a range of highly rated primary schools and nurseries.

This is a rare opportunity to secure a stylish, character-filled home with its own private outdoor space in one of South West London’s most popular neighbourhoods.

'What the Owner Says'
This was my first home and I have truly loved living here. The location has been perfect for me, with the easy commute into central London via Wandsworth Town or Earlsfield Stations which are both within walking distance. The many fantastic pubs and restaurants in the area; the Leatherbottle in Earlsfield is a must try with its huge garden to relax in, the lovely walks you can do whether that's around Wandsworth Common, along the river to Battersea or to Wimbledon. What I will miss most is hosting friends and family in the flat with the large entertaining space and enjoying BBQs in the summer.
