Westcliff station is a 5 min walk away, all local amenities are also walking distance away. The road is a quiet residential street, and there are no yellow lines which means if you do drive you can park on the street, or on the road adjacent at the bottom of the street.
There is a driveway, however, its not available to the residents. It is a private driveway exclusive use for the home owners only.
Everything in the house is up to specifications. It's an ideal place for a friendly working professional who also likes their own company. It's not a party student type of household.
There is a main large kitchen, a second smaller fully fitted integrated kitchen too on the first floor with appliances, two bathrooms have a rain forest shower heads, and there are a total of 3 toilets in the house.
There is no communal lounge as everyone tends to enjoy their time out in their own space, though there is a small kitchen table and small t. v in the main kitchen larger kitchen downstairs if you wish to cook your meal and sit in the kitchen to eat.
The house is decorated as a home to a high quality standard, You'll feel immediately at home!
I'm a live in landlady, I am very much a what you see is what you get kind of person :-D I would describe myself as empathic, friendly, passionate with my creative interests, but also professional within my work - I have a busy on the go life, so I'm mostly out driving long distances.
I would like to add, this house is a non judgmental place to live, it's a friendly and peaceful environment.
I have my own separate space in the house on the top floor out the way, so you hardly see me! lol - though if there are any issues, I'm just a text or call away ! :-)
