Weybrooks Cottage is a very charming brick and timber-framed cottage that forms part of a Grade II-listed terrace of three cottages, situated in the heart of the village of Medmenham. The cottages were built in the 16th and 17th centuries though Weybrooks Cottage was later extended in the 1970s and, despite its considerable history, feels deceptively spacious inside. It is a charming small village of lovely homes, a public house and a church, with Ferry Lane being the winding lane leading from the Church down to the Thames river – with a public slipway available for use.

The towns of Marlow and Henley offer an eclectic mix of local independent and national retailers. There are numerous bars, cafes and restaurants around the towns suited for any occasion. Both towns are situated on the banks of the River Thames and the Thames Path follows the river through the towns.

Just outside the town centres, the area opens out to glorious rolling countryside and a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Outdoor pursuits are numerous, as are golf, football, cricket and rugby clubs. For commuters, both towns have train stations to Paddington (via Maidenhead and/or Twyford) and the M40 and M4 motorways are accessed from the A404(M). Directions

From Marlow town centre head southwest out of the town along Henley Road (A4155) for about three miles. The village of Medmenham is clearly signposted, with the turning to Ferry Lane at the centre of the village opposite the phone box. The property will be found on the right-hand side.
