3. Not to convert use or occupy or permit or suffer to be converted used or occupied any building erected on the property hereby conveyed or any part thereof for any purpose other than a single private dwellinghouse only wherein no trade of any kind or business of any kind shall be carried on
4. Not to do or permit or suffer to be done on the property hereby conveyed anything which may be or become a nuisance or annoyance to the Corporation or the owners lessees or occupiers of any adjoining property or the neighbourhood
5. Not to use or permit or suffer to be used the buildings now erected or to be erected on the property hereby conveyed or any part thereof for the purpose of the manufacture or sale of ale beer wines or spirits or any other intoxicating liquors or for the purpose of any club at which intoxicating liquors are sold or consumed
6. Not to erect or use or allow to be erected or used or remain on the property hereby conveyed any caravan house-on-wheels temporary building booth or roundabout
7. Not to permit or carry on any sale by auction on the property hereby conveyed except a sale of the whole of the buildings erected on the property hereby conveyed with or without the contents thereof
8. Not to top lot cut or in any way interfere with the trees and shrubs now growing in the front and rear gardens of the property hereby conveyed except in the course of good management and to replace from time to time any such trees or shrubs that may die
9. Not to permit the lawn in front of the front main wall of the buildings now erected on the property hereby conveyed to become overgrown or removed or affected by weeds and at all times to maintain the same in a neat and tidy condition
10. Not to affix or display or permit or suffer to be affixed or displayed on any walls fence or building on the property hereby conveyed any poster bill or advertisement (including any words letter model sign placard board notice device or representation whether illuminated or not in the nature of and employed wholly or in part for the purpose of advertisement or announcement) and not to erect any hoarding or structure on the property hereby conveyed for the purpose of bill posting or advertisement PROVIDED THAT this covenant shall not apply to notices or advertisements in regard to the sale or letting of the property hereby conveyed if such notice is indicated on or adjacent to the building erected on the property hereby conveyed in a manner which shall not in the opinion of the Corporation in its capacity as Land Owners prejudice the amenities of the dwellings adjoining or near to the property hereby conveyed and are in the opinion of the Corporation in its capacity as Land Owners of a size and style usual for such notice
11. Not to erect or install upon the property hereby conveyed or the buildings thereon any solid fuel burning apparatus except apparatus of a type to be adapted for the burning of smokeless fuel or so constructed as to consume or burn any smoke effluvia vapour or grit to be omitted from any such apparatus or to permit such apparatus to deteriorate
IN ACCORDANCE with the provisions of Section 29(1) of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 the Purchasers hereby jointly and severally covenant with the Corporation not to make any alterations to the buildings now erected on the property conveyed or to erect any new buildings thereon or clear the property of any buildings without the written consent of the Corporation in its capacity as Land Owners so as to reserve the property hereby conveyed for possible development by the Corporation."
