Buying an old village house for restoration can be a hugely rewarding experience. We have restored two of our own and were instrumental in putting together the two building teams for the house restored for BBC TV's 'Amanda and Alan's Spanish Job'. We can guide and assist along the way, and can undertake the project management and design consultancy if required.

This characterful house sits at the top of a hamlet within the municipality of Moclín, and it has lovely views over the surrounding countryside and the adjacent mountains.
