The kitchen/breakfast room has been beautifully crafted by Davonport, who have created a tasteful range of shaker-style units with granite worktop and matching island, inset ceramic sink with drainer, freestanding Everhot electric range. From the kitchen, there is a utility room, larder and rear porch.
The first-floor is accessed via two staircases, the ‘east wing’ staircase from the kitchen leads up to a large landing area leading to the principal bedroom with window overlooking the green, and en suite bathroom which has been updated to feature a luxurious white suite comprising Neptune wash basin and stand, Duravit bath with quartz stone surround, separate shower cubicle and low-level WC. From the landing is a further double bedroom with large walk-in storage cupboard.
