The house is divided in three levels:

- On the Lower Ground floor of 54.87 square metres, has an auxiliary use at the moment but it can be converted to an independent studio. From this level just a few stairs lower is the main access to the plot and to the covered garage.

- The Raised Ground Floor containing an entrance hall, a bathroom with shower, living/dining room, open plan kitchen, an internal staircase leading up to the first-floor area.

- The First Floor, is consisting of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Due to the inclination of the plot the view from all levels is panoramic. The property was conceived and created by its owners with the sole intention of being used as the Family Residence. The photos are arranged in a sequence that will hopefully enable the viewer to gain the feeling of initially walking around the outside of the property and thereafter visit each room and the common areas. The intention is to enable the formation of as close an idea as possible as if the viewer were actually visiting the house.

A proper visit, however, would give the visitor the real feeling.
