Savills and Christie and Co as joint sole agents have been instructed to market and dispose of the former brickworks site, Cherry Orchard Way by the Joint Administrators of Cherry Orchard Homes and Villages Limited, Steve Absolom and Will Wright of Interpath Advisory.
The total site area comprises of c. 9.8 acres and sits within the London and Southend Airport & Environs Joint Area Action Plan (JAAP) and forms part of the key JAAP project.

The site is located to the southwest of Rochford, an expanding Essex town situated to the east of London. Rochford has a thriving community with desirable community amenities including convenience store, high street and independent shops, pharmacy, Post Office, community centre, library, cafes, pubs, schools, and leisure clubs.
