Directions - Proceed from Malton on the B1257 Helmsley road for approximately ten miles, until you reach the village of Hovingham. Turn first left out of the village and after approximately 2.5 miles, turn right into the hamlet of Scackleton. Proceed through to the end of the village and then turn right onto ‘Scackleton Lane’. Proceed past the farm on the right following the road as it bears left, pass a property on the left, the first driveway after on the right is Lodge Cottage.
