From Honiton/A30 take the B3177 signposted Alfington/Ottery St Mary and Otter Nurseries. The road narrows and drops downhill as you approach the hamlet of Alfington and the first entrance to Rock House is seen on the left BUT PROCEED PAST THIS and take the next left where the lower tarmac parking area for Rock House will be found.
From Ottery St Mary take the B3177 towards Honiton and Otter Nurseries into the hamlet of Alfington. Proceed up the hill out of the hamlet where an access on the right leads into the tarmac parking area for Rock House with our For Sale sign displayed.

Location
The property is well-placed for access to the B3177, which links to the A30 and Ottery St Mary, along with a regular bus service. Alfington has a church and a small village hall, whilst Ottery St Mary, home to the well-respected King's School, has a host of independent shops, pubs, restaurants, a large Sainsburys store, a sports and leisure centre and a doctor's surgery with regular buses into Honiton and Exeter.
