Our opinion
This is a quality build in an excellent position, just 200 metres from the footbridge into the centre and to the Super Morzine lift. Consequently, it has strong rental/investment potential as well as an obvious appeal as a residence.

Location
Beauregard B001 is just to the north-east of the town centre, on the south-west facing slopes of the highly sought-after Encoches area of Morzine. It is just under 200 metres from the Passerelle Baud footbridge, leading right into the centre as well as to the Super Morzine lift.
