The bathroom has an over-the-bath shower. Rain canopy and decking outside with large lawn area. There is no off-street parking, however, there are no restrictions to on-street parking so you can just park on the street if required. New boiler installed four years ago, so shouldn't cause any issues. Whole flat has recently been decorated. Fire door to flat and smoke and carbon monoxide alarms in the property. Victorian-style gas fire in the lounge.
Please note, this is a short-term rent for 3/4 months with the possibility of extension on a month-by-month basis. The property is currently on the market so the estate agent might occasionally require access (we can make sure this is a suitable time/day for you). It would suit a professional or couple looking for a short-term rent. If you have a baby, there is space for a cot (property not suitable for older children). I am willing to consider a dog, depending on the breed and age. No cats. No smoking or vaping indoors, must be outside.
