This apartment is hotel-run, which means the owner has the right to use it for a maximum of two months per year, in consecutive periods of 15 days, as long as it is not during high season.
Private use may be reserved for the owner or their family within the first degree of consanguinity, ascending or descending. The maximum stay is 8 months per year outside of high season, and €65/week would be charged for electricity, water, and Wi-Fi. During high season (July, August, Easter, and Christmas), owners receive a 50% discount on the public price.
