LOCATION
The farmland being offered lies two miles to the south of the village of Howwood, within Renfrewshire. It is accessed from the public road or via a shared private road.

Renfrewshire lies along the south bank of the River Clyde and stretches westward to the Firth of Clyde. The landscape includes urban lowlands near the river and more rural, hilly areas to the south and west.

Entry and Possession
The seasonal grazing licenses will terminate on 31 October
2025 when vacant possession will be made available.
Servitude Rights, Burdens, Wayleaves and Statutory Public and Other Access Rights
The property is sold subject to and with the benefit of all existing servitude and wayleave rights, including rights of access and rights of way, whether public or private. The property is also sold subject to the rights of public access under the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003. the shared access road.
