Description

A substantial individual detached family home built using Oxford Palmerstone in 1994 and later enlarged by the current owners creating nearly 3,500 sq. ft. of internal living space. The property is located within the heart of the village and boasts mature grounds and additional paddocks totalling 2.55 acres with open views to the rear, and the peace of mind this will remain unchanged.

The ground floor accommodation comprises a generous entrance hall with oak flooring leading to the triple aspect kitchen/breakfast room, the spacious living room offers direct access to the garden with a feature open fireplace, the separate dining room can easily accommodate any large dinner party, with the laundry room, cloakroom/utility room and storage/workshop completing the lower level. Upon the first floor are the five double bedrooms, two of which benefit from ensuites. The three remaining bedrooms are served by the family bathroom. The 3rd floor provides an additional bedroom with a shower room. This room would make an amazing home office or gym with stunning far reaching views across open fields and beyond.

Externally the property is accessed via the private drive with ample garage and driveway parking for multiple vehicles. The grounds are split into three areas combining a formal garden, paddock with stables and the far field which backs onto open countryside. The grounds could be ideal for somebody wanting to have their own horse or farm animals.
