Also on the ground floor there is a study, the door down to the cellar and the kitchen/breakfast room also with a door to the garden. Upstairs there are two double and a single bedroom along with a bathroom. To the front of the property there are shrubs and to the rear are flower beds and a gate. The seller tells us he has used the rear garden for parking in the past but isn’t aware of any legal agreement. The cellar has flooded.
