Exterior - A door from the kitchen opens onto a large terrace that overlooks the pool and garden. At the far side of this terrace is a room designed for multiple uses such as a gym, spacious dining, studio or work space. At the rear of this area is the door to the central heating boiler room that has an oil tank sited below in a separate area. There is also a store room to the side of the boiler room.

A metal balustrade surrounds the swimming pool that has non-slip paving and great views of the countryside. The 8m x 4m pool also has the pump and filtration system sited below on another level. Steps from the pool area lead down to a lovely garden with well-kept mature plants and superb palm trees! At the front of the property are 2 sets of wrought-iron double gates that lead to a paved drive each side of the house. There is also a wood store and many exterior water taps and electrical sockets sited around the property.

The whole plot is defined by block rendered wall and fencing making it ideal for pets and children.
