The large, separate kitchen offers plenty of cupboard space—ideal for those who love to cook or entertain. One of the true highlights of the home is the original parquet flooring, which we lovingly restored after discovering it beneath the old carpet. The flat was also fully repainted upon moving in, creating a fresh and welcoming space. A full family bathroom completes the well-balanced layout.
The location is exceptionally convenient. Sandilands tram stop is directly opposite the building, with regular services just three stops from East Croydon station—a commuter’s dream, with fast and frequent trains to several central London destinations. The local area offers excellent amenities, including major shopping centres like Centrale and the vibrant food, drink and entertainment options at Boxpark Croydon. Families will also appreciate the availability of good schools nearby.
