Prices for student accommodation start at around £50 per person per week.

Much of the accommodation has been built by ourselves in the last few years. We also have a large number of traditional Victorian and Edwardian properties right across LS6 the heart of student land. We usually have many brand new and fully refurbished properties at all times of the year.

We also have a good selection of professional accommodation i.e. for working people right across Leeds, LS2, LS3, LS4, LS5, LS6, LS7, LS8, and LS12 & LS17.

These areas are at the very edge of the city centre and include, Hyde Park, Burley, Headingley, Chapel Allerton, Roundhay, Armley, and Moortown & Alwoodley.

All the properties are centrally located in their respective areas and the vast majority of them have their own parking at no extra cost. We usually have brand new and newly refurbished property available at all times of the year.
