The open-plan living area is light-filled and welcoming, with a stylish staircase feature that gives the space its own unique charm. The high-gloss modern kitchen is a real showstopper, complete with ample storage and a handy ground-floor W/C for added convenience.

Upstairs, you’ll find two generous double bedrooms, with the main bedroom large enough to easily be split into two separate rooms, offering future flexibility. But it doesn’t stop there — a fixed staircase leads you to the converted attic room, complete with two Velux skylights, flooding the space with natural light. It’s perfect as an office, playroom, chill-out zone, or even a guest bedroom.

Outside, the sunny, flat rear garden is your own private oasis — bright, low-maintenance and ideal for summer evenings. At the end of the garden, you’ll find the ultimate man cave/shed, fully powered and ideal for a home gym, office, workshop, or even a cosy garden bar. With rear lane access, it offers privacy and practicality in one.

Nestled in the popular village of Abercynon, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds: peaceful surroundings with excellent connectivity. Just minutes from the A470, Abercynon is a commuter’s dream, with regular rail links to Cardiff and Pontypridd, local schools, parks, and shops all within easy reach. The scenic Taff Trail and surrounding countryside provide the perfect backdrop for weekend walks and outdoor adventures.
