About Hearnes Estate Agents, Ferndown

6-8 Victoria Road, Ferndown, Dorset, BH22 9HZ

At Hearnes Estate Agents, we pride ourselves on providing a unique and tailored property service in the Dorset and Hampshire area. As a family run business since 1996, we have a track record of delivering outstanding service, covering all aspects of property sales.

With expert knowledge of the local and surrounding areas, we provide our customers with a specialist service that is professional, honest and efficient, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice and assistance when buying or selling their home.

Starting out as a small Dorset Estate Agent, Hearnes has blossomed into a thriving local business, with branches covering the whole of the BH postcode area and surrounding region. Leaders in our field, we have a fresh, enthusiastic approach, and are fully committed to helping our clients find and secure the perfect property, whether they are first-time buyers, landlords, tenants, or seasoned sellers, as a leading Dorset and Hampshire Estate Agent, we can guarantee every aspect of the property process runs seamlessly and effortlessly.

Lyndon Le Boutillier and Lynda Hearne have been at the forefront of the business since in 1996. With a wealth of knowledge and customer service expertise, they set up their first Hearnes office in Bournemouth Town Centre, swiftly followed by the opening of their second branch in Ferndown in 1998 and followed by Ringwood in 2000.

In 2009, Sally Gravener and Anthony Holtom bought into the company as Shareholders and Directors, who together, with years of industry experience and extensive knowledge of the local area, took over the running of the Ringwood office.

The four Directors took the business from strength to strength. Sally re-opened the Bournemouth office in 2013 and Hearnes acquired Alan Cosgrove Estate Agent in Wimborne. This subsequently rebranded in 2014, with Mark Stylianou joining as Shareholder and Director.

Hearnes opened a new office in Poole to incorporate Residential Sales and Land and New Homes. The new branch was headed up by Lynda and Lyndon, with Gareth Davies joining as Director and Shareholder of New Homes.

All our directors work closely together, with a shared ethos of providing the best customer service and offering the highest standards in business. We support our local communities and as a business, buy from and use local companies in almost every instance. Hearnes proudly sponsor various charities, business' and schools in the area, including: Poole Town Football Club, Ringwood and Ferndown Schools, Ringwood and Ferndown Carnivals, The New Forest Show, Ellingham Show, The West Hants Club, David Lloyd Sports and Leisure, The Rotary Club of Ringwood, Broadstone and Wimborne Cricket clubs, Junior football teams, British Legion, Poulner Scouts, Bournemouth Hockey Club and Julia's House - to name a few.

As long-time residents with a wealth of experience and knowledge of the local Dorset and Hampshire areas, Hearnes has built up a solid reputation as one of the leading estate agents in the area, providing an exceptional, friendly service that delivers successful, timely results. All our Hampshire and Dorset estate agents have a vast amount of experience valuing thousands of properties in Bournemouth, Ringwood, Poole, Ferndown and Wimborne. We pride ourselves on our expert knowledge of the region as well as providing the latest data on house prices in the Hampshire and Dorset areas, to guarantee a thoroughly accurate valuation of your home.
