The lounge/diner has not only a large window, underfloor heating, but a door leads out onto the balcony. Perfect for the morning coffee or a cool refreshing G&T! Sitting nicely next to the lounge/diner is the kitchen. Again a very light and bright room. With space and plumbing for a fridge/freezer and washing machine & an oven and hob. The bathroom has been updated for ease. With the bath being removed and a good sized shower replacing it. However you could switch things back if you so desired. The bathroom also houses the hot water tank. The Master bedroom is a very good sized double, like the lounge, it has a large window with a very different view of the village. Again a very light room. In modern apartments the second bedroom is usually a slightly bigger single room, in the case of Nicholls Court this isn’t so, it’s a double, and although it’s next to the Master & faces the front of the building, it has an almost completely different view, which is equally stunning. Rounding off the property is the garage in a block, with power and light. At various times of the day there is always plenty of parking, with each flat having two spaces.
