    The local transport system is excellent with access to plenty of locations - media city is growing and it's becoming more vibrant

    Quickly and efficiently, making sure any issues were dealt with and there were no lasting problems

    I would have liked to have known the facilities in the Lowry mall and bars nearby

    Living in my area is amazing – it offers a great mix of convenience, community, and charm. There’s a wide range of local shops, restaurants, and cosy bars, all within walking distance. The open spaces are well-kept and perfect for relaxing or socialising. Public transport links are excellent, with regular buses and nearby train stations making travel easy. My street is quiet, clean, and friendly, with good parking availability and reliable bin collections. There’s very little anti-social behaviour or traffic noise, creating a safe, peaceful environment. It’s a lovely place to live and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management responded quickly and efficiently, fixing my dishwasher without delay. Great service!

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how quickly the on-site team responds to maintenance issues – it’s a real bonus! I’d also recommend new neighbours take full advantage of the communal areas and events – they really help build a sense of community.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Local amenities are amazing! Different shops nearby with a full range of stuff for any of your needs. Transport links are great with both the buses and trams right outside the door. There was quite a lot of noise however we were on the first floor and the street was very close so this is understandable and part of living in a large city.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Most issues were dealt with swiftly and maintenance was carried out quickly and efficiently. We did have an issue with the sofa being broken for a while and this was never resolved, it was noted several times.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The hot drinks machine does hot chocolate and it is GOOD, always a great option if you are out of milk!

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Every day at duet was a joy. The staff went above and beyond to make it a welcoming and safe environment. Always at the desk with a smile as you come in which brightens up any day! Flat and facilities were constantly spotless. Even when things happened like issues with the WiFi, there was a clear communication line between tenants and staff at all times. A very diverse community too from sexuality to race to religion. I am gay and autistic and duet was a perfect inclusive living space. I would greatly recommend duet to anybody and I have no bad words to say at all. I will miss it greatly and look back with found memories because of the community JLL established.

    I had no issues throughout my stay at all , it was a calm move in and move out

    I wish I used the garden more and wellness Wednesday

    Great transport links and lovely area to live in. Quiet and sociable location on the quayside. 10 mins from city.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Amazing staff on hand 24 hours, very helpful and friendly

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The apartments are very quiet to live in, cannot hear any noise from outside or neighbours
