Description
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman
This is a really interesting instruction for me, as I sold this land with planning permission for three houses back in 2017. Accordingly, it is a joy to see the houses built, enhanced and providing such excellent homes for families at different stages in life.
The house was constructed in 2018 and from the moment you arrive, it's clear this home was conceived with both aesthetics and modern living in mind. The property showcases a contemporary layout that is not only flexible and practical but also inherently elegant.
Upon entering, a stunning glass and oak staircase that immediately captures attention, this having been installed by the present owners. Thereafter there are three versatile reception rooms, providing ample space for both formal entertaining and relaxed family living. The heart of this home is undoubtedly its open-plan kitchen, a space perfectly attuned to modern lifestyles and culinary pursuits, for those impressive people who love cooking!
A very rare and unusual attribute of this property is the bespoke covered veranda, a beautifully integrated space that seamlessly connects the indoors with the outdoors. This expansive area is ideal for hosting family gatherings and enjoying al fresco dining, regardless of the weather.
Ascending to the first floor, the galleried landing is a striking feature in itself, boasting a vaulted ceiling and a large, impressive window to the front that floods the space with light. This generous area has been thoughtfully utilised by the current owners to create a dedicated study area. The first floor further comprises four bedrooms, including a en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe to the principal room plus a stylish family bathroom.
The gardens of this property are an excellent feature, meticulously landscaped and cultivated by the present owners. Primarily laid to lawn, the outdoor space is abundantly stocked with a beautiful array of flowering plants, ensuring vibrant colour throughout the year. At the far end of the garden, a useful summer house provides versatile space, perfect for additional storage or as a reading room on a sunny day. Or, if you like DIY, a good workshop.
To the front, a gated, block-paved driveway offers a secure environment, making it a secure environment for children and pets alike and having good screening from the main Chester to Nantwich Road.
This lovely home is ideally situated close to the charming market towns of Tarporley and Nantwich, offering convenient access to local amenities, reputable schools, and picturesque Cheshire countryside, all close at hand.
