Sunset Hill Residential is a private and closed urbanization, with different areas for the recreation and enjoyment of its owners.

Phase I will be a group of eight maisonettes, distributed over two floors. Access to the homes will be through two exterior stairways, which will give access to the terraces of the homes. The terraces will be separated from the stairway by aluminum and glass enclosures to provide privacy.
The ground floor maisonettes will have a semi-basement area destined to garage, the access to the garage will be made from the outside through an automatic door.

The access to the urbanization will be through two pedestrian gates, and an access gate for vehicles with automatic opening with remote control.
The Residential will have a swimming pool with separate areas for adults and children, a garden area around the pool with a pergola, toilets next to the pool, an open and covered social area with benches where you can enjoy eating with family and friends, and an enclosed gym and social area. The enclosed social area will have toilets and shower.
Sunset Hill will also have a covered parking area, in which each home will have a linked parking space, equipped with preinstallation for charging electric vehicles, except for the first floor homes in Phase I, which will have their own parking.

The Sunset Hill Residential is located in a great area, in current expansion, close to the beaches of Torrevieja, Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca. The Residential is also very close to the Laguna Rosa of Torrevieja which is part of the Natural Park of the Lagunas de la Mata and Torrevieja, and is a great area for walking and enjoying the beautiful and unusual landscape.
