Here you can choose between ground floor maisonettes with large gardens or top floor maisonettes with spacious roof terraces and balcony, or townhouses with garden and roof terrace with kitchenette, all of them built with high standards and very good qualities. Pilar de la Horadada has everything you could need such as shops, banks, pharmacies, restaurants and schools. If you want to swim in the small Mar Menor Sea, it is about 7 minutes drive to San Pedro del Pinatar. The large shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard is about 10 minutes drive from the residence and the airport is about 45 minutes away.
