We have loved living in this house which has a peaceful and tranquil feel, with no through traffic and a lovely aspect from the lounge onto the trees and greenery of Downshire Golf Course. It’s a stones throw away from Swinley Forest and we have made use of easy access to green space including walks to the Golden Retriever Pub on a summers day which does excellent food! It’s in close proximity to local schools which would be perfect for families. We have spent many hours relaxing in the garden which has a nice seating area at the top which catches the sun throughout the evening.

The Lexicon, The Peel Centre and Bracknell train station are all within a 10 minute drive and Easthampstead Park Gym and hotel is within walking distance. Its location is also ideal for popping into Wokingham and Crowthorne. We have been lucky to have such friendly neighbours who make it feel like a real community. We will be sad to say goodbye but excited that it will be enjoyed as a family home by its next owners!

Area comments…

Penwood Gardens is on the edge of the Easthampstead Grange development, and overlooks the back of Downshire Golf Complex. Swinley Forest is within walking distance and there is easy access to both the M3 and M4 motorways. There are plenty of local shops and schools in the area and with Bracknell town centre a short drive away, there is everything you need.

What a great home this one is! We love the setting around this place, surrounded by trees and greenery, it makes it feel very peaceful and quiet. The house is great condition also, with a brilliant sized living area opening up into the dining room, complimented by the lovely kitchen. The addition of the large conservatory and internal access to the garage are alo a huge plus.
