The entrance to the villa is located on the ground floor, where you access a hallway that leads to the dining room, which features an open fireplace with a wood stove. The dining room extends into the kitchen through a very charming arched opening. From here, we can access a loggia where you can dine outdoors.

Also on the ground floor, there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, a double bedroom and a master bedroom, along with distinctive handcrafted wrought-iron stairs that invite us to ascend to the first floor.

The first floor welcomes us into a cozy living room with a fireplace and wood stove; above it is a comfortable and private loft that serves as a TV room. Framing the living room are two master bedrooms and a double bedroom, as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower. Finally, we can also access the exterior through a covered loggia with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
