Capel Croesywaun is a traditional Welsh Sunday School/Vestry, located next to a late c19 chapel. This Garde II listed building is situated in the village of Waunfawr, close to local amenities. The building has a main hall with several large windows, a kitchen with fitted units, reception/meeting room, accessible WC, and entrance hall. The building is in need of repairs and modernisation, with the main hall floor having collapsed in places. Outside there is an area of tarmac, behind iron gates and railings off the main road through Waunfawr. To the rear is a small area of garden which overlooks fields and houses the oil tank for the oil central heating.

Lying at the mouth of the beautiful Nant Y Betws Valley, the scenic village of Waunfawr, which stands on the edge of the Eryri National Park, is opportunely placed for the many other coastal and rural attractions to found in this part of Gwynedd.
