It took 15 years of work to give the structure the appearance that it has retained to this day. The Tuscan neo-Gothic style can be found in the overall architecture and details of the villa.

The exterior is made of red bricks with a tower dominating the area. The façade features mullioned windows and white marble columns that give the complex an elegant and refined appearance. Part of the previously existing loggia has been closed and transformed into a veranda that offers a privileged position on the lake.

From here, in fact, you can observe a truly fascinating panorama. Another special feature of the villa are the large vaulted arches that plunge into the waters of the lake and almost seem to merge the Villa with the surrounding nature.

In addition to all of the above, there is a landing stage, a private port from which the Marquis could leave with friends and family for hunting trips on the lake. The great composer Giacomo Puccini, who resided in his villa on the other side of the lake, used to dock here.

Giacomo Puccini himself used to lose himself in long walks in the beautiful exotic garden of Villa Ginori. History tells us that this was one of the composer's favorite places to relax his mind and find inspiration, as well as to escape from the worldliness and stress of everyday life. The exotic garden is the fruit of the Marquis Ginori Lisci's passion for botany. In his travels around the world he had collected plants of all kinds, especially from South America and the East.

Among the plants present are splendid palm trees that line the access canal to the villa and whose fronds seem to merge with the water of the lake.
