Clutton Hill is a small village with a rich history, home to several historic buildings, some dating as far back as the 12th century, and surrounded by stunning countryside. From The Drift, lush, sprawling countryside views stretch over 10 miles across to Wells and beyond.
Clutton has a strong community with its own, highly active Facebook page and WhatsApp group. The popular local pub, The Hunters Rest is a short 10 mins stroll away, Broadoak Cider Co. cider mill is still closer, whilst the celebrated The Pig restaurant is a 5 minute drive. Perfect for all of your essentials, the family run SPAR at High Littleton is easily reached by foot in less than 20 minutes, whilst there is a choice of supermarkets in Midsomer Norton within 15 mins drive.
An ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts, there are numerous walking and cycling routes nearby, including the Strawberry Line, a popular cycling and walking trail that runs from Yatton to Cheddar. Chew Valley Lake, home to a variety of bird species is one of a number of natures reserves that dot the area. For flying enthusiasts, Clutton Hill Airstrip, home to the Wessex Aero Club, is just around the corner from the property.
