The site comprises 1.63 acres with a purpose built maintenance unit of 13,780 sq ft. The unit is of portal frame construction with concrete
block and profile metal cladding elevations. It has a minimum clear height of 6m to the underside of the haunch. It was designed for fleet maintenance with a wide frontage comprising 7 loading doors some of which are extra wide to allow access for large vehicles. There is a vehicle wash bay and a floor pit for an MOT test installation. There is also a separate inspection pit cut into the concrete workshop floor. Location
Crayford is located approximately 16 miles south east of Central London and 2 miles west of Dartford. The site, on Greyhound Way, is situated to the west of Crayford town centre and is an extension of Stadium Way which links directly to the A207 (Roman Way). It is within walking distance of Crayford Station and the amenity of nearby shops. There is excellent access to the A2 (1.5 miles), which connects directly to the A205 South Circular (6.5 miles), Central London (16 miles) to the north, and junction 2 of the M25 (4.5 miles) to the south-east. Crayford benefits from being an established commercial area that provides occupiers ease of access to the A2 with nearby estates including Bourne Industrial Park, Mulberry Court Industrial Estate and Crayford Industrial Estate.
