Strahilovo is located only 10 minutes away from the town of Polski Trambesh. The city has everything you need for a normal life - there are shops, banks, a train station, a bus station, a weekly market with fresh goods of all kinds, a health facility. The village itself is large by Bulgarian standards. Very well arranged with several shops, health center, internet. A large part of the village's streets are asphalted, the same as the access to this particular property . Veliko Tarnovo is located 45 km from there. The international road to Romania and central Europe is only 5 minutes from the center of the village. Bucharest airport is 2 hours away, and Sofia airport is 3 hours away.
The house is 140 sq.m. and consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, three bedrooms, and two large hallways, one of which can be partitioned to create an additional bathroom with a toilet. The roof of the house is in good condition.
An additional room, formerly used as a kitchen with a fireplace (now dismantled), is attached to the main house and connected by a door. From this room, there is access to a cellar and to the garden.
The garden is 2,000 sq.m., enclosed with a wire fence. There is a garage and an outbuilding with two rooms, which are in need of renovation in it.
