Lympstone is a historic village located in the eastern side of the Exe Estuary in East Devon. Known to be a popular village with tourist and bird watchers alike, it also a supports a primary school, pre-school and the independent preparatory school St. Peters. There are a number of pubs, several shops, including a general store and post office. The branch line from Exeter to Exmouth stops in Lympstone providing excellent access routes to the mainline.
Lympstone also benefits with excellent road access and is only 10-15 minutes from the M5 Motorway.
