From Torrington Square take the Well Street exit and at the road junction take the left into New Road, at the mini roundabout with the Fire Station directly in front of you turn left towards Bideford then take the second right hand turning into School Lane sign posted Swimming Pool/Weare Giffard. Stay on this road passing Torrington Golf Club and Locksbeam Cottage will be on your left hand side.

From Torrington Square, take the Well Street exit. At the road junction, turn right onto Calf Street. Continue to the mini roundabout (with the Fire Station directly in front of you) and follow Calf Street down to the next roundabout.
At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Calvesford Road. Follow this road for approximately 0.8 miles, then take the left-hand turning at Belle Vue Cross.
Continue along this lane to Darracott, and take the left-hand turning. Follow this road, passing the new housing development (formerly the North Devon Meat Factory). At the end of this road, turn right.
Continue driving, passing Torrington Golf Club, and you will find Locksbeam Cottage on your left-hand side.
