Description
From the hallway you enter the heart of this lovely home - a stylish and spacious kitchen/diner, designed with sociability in mind—ideal for lively dinner parties or peaceful weekend breakfasts. Equipped with an integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer and a breakfast bar which provides additional worktop space, it will please the keenest cook.
Off the kitchen is a useful and practical utility room with cloakroom which has plumbing for a washing machine and space for a tumble dryer. A door out to the driveway makes negotiating muddy paws or wellies a breeze.
Across the hall is a spacious lounge stretching to over 18 feet. This is a perfect place to chill out in the evening and watch the latest TV drama or relax with friends. In the summer, with the patio doors open and a nice chilled glass of wine, its a lovely cool space to watch the sunset.
Upstairs, three well-proportioned double bedrooms provide flexibility for families, guests, or working from home.
The wonderfully spacious principal bedroom has a dressing area with built-in wardrobes as well as an ensuite shower room and windows on two sides flood it with natural light. The second bedroom is another well proportioned room with two windows and plenty of room for your furniture. With the family bathroom next door it is an ideal layout for when friends come to stay or for a growing family. Even Bed 3 has ample space for a double bed but could equally make a really nice home office.
To the rear, a larger-than-average west-facing garden offers a private space where you can soak up the afternoon sun—whether you're relaxing with a book or hosting summer BBQs. A raised decking area is cleverly placed to catch the last rays of sunshine while you have a lazy swing in the hammock
A gate leads out to the driveway, which has parking for at least 2 cars, and the detached single garage. Located in a desirable setting, this home is ready to be enjoyed. Just bring your furniture.
The house benefits from the remainder of its NHBC 10 year warranty for added peace of mind and must be seen to be appreciated.

Edmund Park is a popular development on the eastern side of Frome with an Asda superstore and petrol station within walking distance - although you may want to take your car if you need petrol! It has cycle paths, a children’s play area and easy access to the surrounding countryside for walking and cycling.
It borders the River Frome and there are plans underway to create a picnic area on the river bank. There is a community space which is used for a variety of pop up events throughout the year and a bridge which will link the development to the train station on the other side of the river is planned.
At the entrance to Edmund Park is a wildlife sanctuary which is home to our resident beaver and otter population. A lovely walk along the river Frome and through Rodden Meadow will take you right into the centre of the town in 20 to 25 minutes and the Rye Bakery, which sells the best cardamon buns in the Western Hemisphere is less than 10 minutes' walk. Its also right by the station so I should probably mention that too.

Frome is a popular Somerset town which is regularly voted one of the best places to live in the South West. It is home to a very creative community of writers, artists and musicians with the music venue, The Cheese and Grain, having previous hosted a surprise gig by the Foo Fighters as well as Paul McCartney's pre-Glastonbury gig.. It offers a variety of high street names and a large selection of independent shops and cafes, particularly on the iconic Catherine Hill.
The town hosts a very popular independent market held on the first Sunday of every month between March and December and an Arts Festival in July. Frome was one of the first places in the country to have a Community Fridge where residents and shop owners can donate excess food to the community to prevent food waste and also set up the first Share Shop where you can borrow anything from a highchair to a garden strimmer for a small fee. There is a leisure centre with pool, several theatres, a train station with good links to London, Cardiff, Dorset and Devon and whatever your hobby or passion there is bound to be a club or society which will welcome you.
