Sellers comments:
Top 3 things we love about our home:
The spacious living areas that bring us together – Even though the kitchen and living room are separate, both rooms are incredibly generous in size and really functional for everyday life. We’ve loved having enough space for family time, hosting friends, and still having room to relax without feeling on top of each other.
Three generously sized double bedrooms – Finding a home with three proper doubles was no easy task, and it’s one of the things that really stood out to us. It means there’s plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, plus flexibility for guests, a home office, or even a nursery.
A private garden to enjoy – Having outdoor space has been such a bonus. Whether it’s barbecues in the summer, a safe place for kids to play, or simply a quiet morning coffee in the sun, the garden has added so much to our lifestyle.
Top 3 things we love about the area:
Greenwich Park – a favourite for the whole family – It’s such a beautiful, iconic space and has become a big part of our daily life. Whether it’s weekend strolls, picnics in the summer, or just letting the kids run free, the park offers something for everyone. It’s where our son learned to ride his bike, so it holds really special memories for us.
Fantastic local restaurants – The area has so many lovely spots to eat, but we especially love our family lunches at Davy’s on the weekends. It’s got that cosy, welcoming atmosphere and great food – the kind of place that quickly feels like a favourite.
Greenwich Market and riverside walks – One of our favourite things to do is stroll down to the market, grab a bite to eat from one of the amazing food stalls, then head to the river for a walk. There’s something really special about that mix of history, local charm, and fresh air – it’s one of the reasons we’ve loved living here.
Bonus thing we love – the amazing transport connections:
Public transport links here are excellent. We’re within easy reach of Canary Wharf via the DLR, and Central London or the West End is just a short journey from Greenwich mainline station. It’s made commuting really straightforward and gives us quick access to all the best parts of the city.
