The city's financial district is also a great spot to go after work to one of its many bars or restaurants.ABOUT OUR HOMES
Each home at Chapel Wharf has a balcony or a terrace that runs the full length of the apartment. You can rent either furnished or unfurnished. If you choose furnished you can expect good quality furniture made from solid wood with either a light or dark finish. Superfast broadband forms part of your experience at Chapel Wharf and gives you a connection all across the development. All of our two bed apartments have two similar sized ensuite bedrooms, making it simple for people looking to share. A selection of pet friendly apartments are also available on specific floors throughout the Chapel Wharf development.
ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY
Chapel Wharf has lots of shared spaces residents can use day to day, either for working in or as places to spend time with friends and neighbours, and private rooms available to book for get togethers. It also has a well-equipped gym and studio on site, with classes running throughout the month. We have a team of people on site 24 hours a day at Chapel Wharf who you'll get to know when you live here. You can mostly find them on the ground floor where they're always around to answer a question, lend a hand or just have a chat.
House Kitchen
The house kitchen is open all day every day. Residents are welcome here any time, to come and get a coffee, talk to members of the team, or work at the big kitchen table.
Lounge
We have designed the lounge as a space where people can relax on the sofas, sit and work from their laptop, read a book or catch up with friends.
Gym
We have a gym on site equipped with Technogym machines, including cardio equipment, free-weights and a range of weights machines. From the studio we run scheduled yoga classes.
Club Room
The Club Room is a quiet space during the day for people to work in. In the evenings and during the weekends this space is often used for events, including film screenings on the big projector screen. The room can be booked out for private hire, and is also where some of the clubs meet up each week.
The Gallery
The gallery is a room that is available for residents to hire privately. You can cook for friends and host them around the big table, have a party or watch a film.
Gardens
The gardens offer some nice areas where you can sit and read a book, or just enjoy the sunshine on one of the deck chairs

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is great. Less than 5 minutes from deansgate and supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Sainsbury's and 2 M&S food halls) well within walking distance. Also great bars, restaurants and food spots around being so close to bridge street and Deangate as mentioned prior. Closest Tram stops are Exchange square (5-10 minute walk), Victoria (5-10 minute walk) and St Peters square (10-15 minute walk). Plenty of Bus lines also surround the area with quick access to Northern suburbs and towns, piccadilly gardens and Oxford Road. Parking is paid within the flats at £150pm although there are cheaper alternatives close by. Noise is good for city centre in our flat (Lowry Side). Yes there are the odd disturbances at night from people coming home from bars (notably weekends) and I have heard issues with noise from the commercial premises on the chapel street side of the complex. Bin collection is organised by the building so it is nice and easy!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, maintenance has usually been round within 24 hours of raising an issue.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The dimensions of rooms and kitchen drawers to fit items in to
