For these buildings, the building coefficient cannot exceed 0.18 for plots of land with an area of up to fifty (50) acres. Maximum Permitted Building = 18,641*0.18 = 3,355.38 sq.m. Maximum Permitted Coverage = 18,641*0.2 = 3,728.2 sq m The maximum number of floors of buildings is set at two (2). The prefecture of Pieria is one of the 13 prefectures of Macedonia.
